KitKeeper / Book Club in a Bag Booking Issues (November 6, 2024)
The KitKeeper site for Book Club in a Bag kits is experiencing intermittent issues related to a recent server migration. KitKeeper is aware of the issues and is actively working to resolve them.
At this point in time, customers are able to make new Book Club in a Bag reservations, but may have difficulties in making changes or deletions.

Brand new book club kits have arrived at CLMA! Like our Book Club in a Bag Kits for adults, the Junior Book Club in a Bag Kits have age-appropriate books for children aged 7-12 and are available for a 6-week loan period.
Aimed to help elementary students develop literacy and critical thinking skills, discussion questions are included to help facilitate group discussions. Perfect for use in the classroom or as an activity for groups and clubs!
Booking a Kit
- Access KitKeeper to view and request available titles.
- You can browse all kits, or search by month or specific kit. You can also download a printable list of all titles (PDF).
- Bookings may be made up to a year in advance.
- Pick up your hold on the regular hold shelves. Your notification may come in a few days early, but it will remain available until your specified pick up date.

Terms of Loan
- 6 week loan period.
- No renewals.
- Kit may be picked up at or returned to any library location.
- Kit must be returned at the desk during operating hours, not through an exterior drop box.
- All items are checked out to one member’s card.
- Two kits may be borrowed by a member at any time.
- The member who borrowed the kit is responsible for:
- The distribution and return of all items to his or her group members; and
- Any damages to the books/bag, or lost items. The cost of a damaged or lost book varies depending on the item.
