Room Bookings
Clarington Public Library, Museums, and Archives provides meeting room space for civic, educational, and cultural activities. Meeting rooms are available at the Bowmanville, Courtice, and Newcastle Libraries.

Individuals wishing to book a room for a meeting must complete the application form below and be a Library member in good standing.
Effective January 1, 2024, CLMA will implement a fee structure as per our Use of Space Policy.
